Can I return an item?

Yes. If CollaGum isn't right for you, contact our support team at [hello@trymortarmint.com] within 90 days of receiving your order to begin the process.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.

If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, contact us immediately and we'll resolve it.

How to Request a Refund
